WELCOME TO SEDONA
Suck it winter! You can believe the hype about Sedona's mountain biking - it's absolutely incredible! Our crew is ready to show you all of our favorite routes and stunning vistas amongst the red rocks.
Multi-hued sandstone swells, red rock benches, canyon views for miles with scenery that will make your heart leap - there's a reason we keep coming back to Sedona, and it isn't just for the world-class biking. Surrounded by 1.8 million acres of national forest land and buttressed by four wilderness areas and two state parks, this is a landscape built for adventure.
Local trail builders have been kind enough to develop 250+ miles of singletrack from fast and smooth roller coasters through brush and pine trees to slickrock playgrounds and plentiful rocky tech & precipitous chutes. So whatever bike thrills you seek - you’ll find it with us in Sedona.

Itinerary
Subject to change based on conditions.

Day 1
Guests arrive to a huge lunch spread to enjoy while everyone gets bikes dialed. At midday we'll kickoff a weekend of riding with a hot lap on one of our favorite "intro to Sedona" trails featuring a great mixture of tech and flow. After, we'll into split groups based on pace and ability and head out to enjoy an afternoon on the technical, whoopin' fun trails based right out our back door in the Village of Oak Creek. Afterwards, get ready for a stunning dinner prepared by Whole Foods ambassador Lentine Alexis.
Ride: 8-12 miles, 900-1,400 feet climbing.

Day 2
After a filling and delicious breakfast, we'll load into shuttles and head over to West Sedona to ride some of the region's most iconic trails. Be ready for stunning vistas, techy singletrack, and quick fun descents. Lunch will be served trailside, after which guests can opt for more riding or head back to the resort for a calming soak in the hot tub (and maybe a few of our famous Roam-a-ritas). Our professional mechanics will lead an optional evening tech & gear clinic with dinner and campfire kumbaya to follow.
Ride: 8-12 miles, 900-1,400 feet climbing.

Day 3
Now that we know exactly what we're getting ourselves into, our final day of riding will be riders choice with plenty of spicy (and chill!) trail options. After breakfast we'll split into ride groups and head out for a fun-filled day of shredding the red. Lunch will be served at the resort, with plenty of leaders around to hit the trails afterward for round 2 should you feel the need to ride until your legs fall off. This is our final day together, so we'll pack up, hug it out, & send you home most likely grinning ear to ear.
Ride: 8-12 miles, 900-1,400 feet climbing.

"I attended my first Roam Retreat in Sedona, AZ. It was the most amazing experience. I can't speak highly enough of the staff. The amazing meals and snacks they personally prepared were absolutely delicious. The Specialized demo bikes they provided were top of the line and the ladies that attended from Specialized were a wealth of knowledge. I cant recommend Roam enough and I am already looking forward to my next retreat."
